Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website, run by Chairty Wimbley Esthetics & Wellness at 1026 Slack St, Pea Ridge, AR 72751. "I" and "me" mean the business.

Booking on Booksy is covered by Booksy's privacy policy, and care through Impact Health is covered by theirs.

The contact form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, the service you're asking about, and your message. That's the only personal information you enter on this site.

Please don't include medical details in the form. Call me instead, or save them for your appointment.

Your details are only used to reply to your message. I don't sell your information or share it for other companies' marketing.

When you press Send, the site passes your message to Resend, an email delivery service, which sends it to my email. The website doesn't keep a copy in a database.

The message stays in my email until I delete it.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosts, it keeps standard technical logs, which can include your IP address and browser type.

I use Vercel Web Analytics to see how the site is used: pages visited, clicks on Book buttons, and whether a contact form was sent. It doesn't record what you type into the form.

To slow down spam, the contact form also checks your IP address for repeat messages. That check is held in memory for a short time and isn't saved.

The site doesn't set cookies of its own and has no advertising trackers.

Many pages show a Google Map of the studio. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

If you use an AI assistant to fill in the contact form, your draft is held in your browser until the form opens. Nothing is sent until you press Send.

Reviews on this site are public reviews from Google and Booksy, shown with the name the reviewer posted. To change or remove a review, do it on the site where you posted it.

Links to Booksy, Google and Instagram take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent me a message, call me at (479) 466-4362 and I'll delete it.

You can ask me to tell you what you've sent through the form, correct it or delete it. Just get in touch using the details below.

The site uses a secure connection, but nothing sent over the internet is completely secure.

If I change this policy, I'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.

Questions? Call me at (479) 466-4362, send a message through the contact page, or write to Chairty Wimbley Esthetics & Wellness, 1026 Slack St, Pea Ridge, AR 72751. My terms of service cover the rest of how this site and booking work.
