This website is run by Chairty Wimbley Esthetics & Wellness at 1026 Slack St, Pea Ridge, AR 72751. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean the business and "you" means anyone using the site or booking a service.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Appointments are booked on Booksy, a separate company with its own terms. You can reschedule or cancel from the Booksy app or your confirmation message.

My current cancellation policy is on my Booksy page, and that's the policy that applies to your appointment. If you're running late, call me at (479) 466-4362.

Prices on this site are per visit, in US dollars, and they can change. The price Booksy shows before you confirm is the current one.

Before a service, please tell me about your skin, anything you react to, and any prescription skin care or medications. I rely on what you tell me to plan your treatment safely.

I may change or decline a service if I don't think it's right for your skin or safe for you that day.

My services are skin care, not medical treatment. Nothing on this site is medical advice. For a skin or health concern, please see a doctor or dermatologist.

Everyone's skin is different, so results vary and I can't promise a specific result from any service. Before and after photos show individual clients, and your results may differ.

I'll go over aftercare before you leave. How your skin responds also depends on following it.

Medical weight loss and peptide therapy are provided by licensed healthcare practitioners through Impact Health, a virtual care partner. Chairty Wimbley Esthetics & Wellness does not diagnose, prescribe or provide medical treatment. Results vary.

Any medical evaluation, prescription and follow-up comes from the practitioner, not from me. That care is between you and the practitioner.

If you're booking for a teen or a child, call me first at (479) 466-4362 so I can tell you what I need from a parent or guardian.

I work to keep this site accurate, but services, hours and details can change. Booksy or a phone call will give you the current answer.

The words, photos and logo on this site belong to the business or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for your own business without asking.

Please don't misuse the site, including sending spam through the contact form or trying to interfere with how it runs.

Reviews on this site come from Google and Booksy. They are each client's own words and experience.

This site links to other companies, including Booksy, Google and Instagram. I don't control those sites, and their own terms apply when you use them.

This website is provided as is. To the extent Arkansas law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the website.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas.

If I change these terms, I'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
